Yes. You can build a personalised 7-day meal plan, use every health calculator, and download your plan without creating an account or entering payment details. We may add optional premium features in future, but the core planner and calculators stay free to use.
The generator already lets you exclude ingredients and pick diet styles such as keto, vegan, or gluten-free. For specific medical conditions we always recommend confirming any plan with a registered dietitian or your doctor — our tools are designed for general wellness, not to replace professional medical advice.
Choose “Partnership Inquiry” in the subject dropdown above and include a few details about your company and what you have in mind. Partnership and media messages are routed to the right person and typically answered within a few business days.
We only use the details in your message to respond to you. We never sell contact information, and you can ask us to delete your message history at any time. See our Privacy Policy for the full details on how data is stored and protected.
Absolutely — a lot of what MakeMealPlan does today started as a user suggestion. Pick “Feature Request” in the subject dropdown and tell us what would make planning easier for you. We can’t build everything, but we read every idea and keep a running list of the most requested ones.
The more detail the faster we can fix it. Let us know what you were doing, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. The device and browser you were using (for example, Chrome on an iPhone) helps us reproduce the issue quickly so we can get a fix out.
